Copyright Law: Publishing a Story While Using the Same Title as a Prior Work

I have a comic book property that I wish to publish. I thought of a title several years ago, but never had any work complete to copyright until recently. Let's say the title is Blood and Sweat. I did a copyright search and found that there is a title from a series of novels that is also Blood and Sweat, along with Blood and Tears, Blood and Guts, etc. My media is a comic book. Theirs is a novel and from what I can tell, the stories are not all that similar, same genre, but completely different directions. Would I have a problem publishing my comic or getting a copyright for my comic?
