I just confirmed that my husband is cheating on me. He is a professor at a community college and I figured out that it is with one of his students. I have proof. I'm starting the process of filing for divorce. He doesn't know of my knowledge of his affair and to what extent. And he doesn't know that I will be filing for divorce.
I'm a woman scorned. I'm contemplating posting on web sites like shesahomewrecker.com where I can put my proof up there. I'm also contemplating on going to ratemyprofessor.com and exposing him there.
Is it defamation if it's true? If I have proof? Will there be any legal action against me?
