My question involves an eviction in the state of: Washington.
I know for a fact that several states allow LLC Members who are not attorneys to evict residential tenants from apartment buildings or mobile home parks. Other states such as Texas go farther and allow property managers to do evictions if the LLC Member signs a waiver. I can't find anything in the Washington code and have gotten nowhere after asking a couple attorneys. I believe it is possible here but how can I confirm without experimenting?
I am not at all concerned with piercing the veil of my LLC. I just want to know if it is possible Pro Se or similar.
Thank You,
James
