My question involves an easement in the state of: Georgia
I own a 'field road' (dirt) that runs alongside my property. The person who owns the property on the other side of the field road has an easement to get to his property. He never comes to the property, but rents out a falling down trailer to scumbags. The scumbags speed up and down the road, let their pitbulls run loose, and yell obscenities when I ask them to slow down. Do the renters have a right to use the easement, or does the easement apply only to the property owner?
Thank you,
Kathleen
