Unemployment Benefits: Can I Receive Unemployment While Collecting Disability

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of Massachusetts: I have been collecting Social Security disability benefits for at least 20 years .I am encouraged by Social Security to at least work part time so I do.I lost my job recently ,can I collect unemployment and disability at the same time.I am able to work but with a lot of restrictions such as no heavy lifting,not lifting more than 30 lbs. etc.etc. so I can seek some work.
