Collection and Enforcement: What Happens if the Noncustodial Parent Go's Without Abiding the Order for a Year

dimanche 15 février 2015

My question involves child support in the State of: Missouri

The child support case starter enforcement Feb/15/14 Requiring my ex to not only provide insurance from his employer if they offered it but to pay a 50.00 monthly charge.

The case is now at 600.00 not paid, and has listed under the details of payment that no action has taken place for a full 13 months.

I got a letter in the mail that was sent to my mothers address instead of mine Requesting information and has the due date before tomorrow the 15th.

I Want to know why the case has come up again after a full year to the date. Is it because he has had no employment up until this point? Are they aiming to put him in jail for not abiding by the enforcement?

He hasn't contacted me until July of 2014 and despite knowing my e-mail and phone number, has not tried to call me sense. I realize i can go for abandonment but have no money for a lawyer right now.
