My question involves business law in the state of: PA
I believe my company is involved with dishonest business practices and am trying to determine if this is a legal issue or simply a "corporate decision". My company sells business equipment. Toward the end of the month, if we are falling behind in our quota numbers, we will be instructed to bill machines "early" before the customer actually receives the item. Are there actual laws and statutes prohibiting this activity or is it acceptable?
