My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: NEW YORK
Although I am somewhat familiar with how to enforce a foreign judgment in the state of New York, it has come to my attention that this process is more drawn out for default judgments (not decided on the merits).
If anyone would be so kind as to point myself in the right direction, I would love some idea as to what I need to do to enforce a default judgment in New York.
