My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Florida
My friend parked his car on a lot in his new condo with a pool of fresh paint, damaging the under carriage, wheel hosing guard and was quoted thousands of dollars by BMW agent. He made a complaint to the developer, who replied that they will conduct an investigation, then without telling him the outcome, they asked their insurer to contact him. Insurer wrote that it was accidental and insured was not aware of the paint and not liable to pay for damage. Does my friend has a legal case with the developer since they or their workers did not keep the carpark clean and safe. Thanks you
