My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: New York. Hello, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from a dealer last year. I was the purchaser, and he the cosigner. He traded in his old car which was titled and registered to him only, so the new car was registered and titled under his name only.
We are currently separated and he took the car with him. Can I legally go to his job and remove the car from the premises? Or, how can I get the title under my name? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
