My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado
I was given a 2 year deferred judgement for felony id theft in October 2013. The requirements were 100 hrs community service and pay the restitution fees. Mid-July this year is the deadline date to comply with hrs and fees paid. If I decide not to do either the hrs and fees, then the felony charge will then be on my criminal record. There will be no warrants issued for my arrest is that correct?
