My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: Illinois
I parked at the student apartment complex (SAC) at Bradley University in Peoria, IL visiting a friend who lives there and received a parking citation. The lot is behind the apartments and there are no signs posted stating a permit is required to park, no signs stating the lot or the apartments are owned by Bradley University. The building looks like an average apartment building just across the street from a church. Now the church across the street they have at least two street signs and four large signs on the fence stating a permit is required as they should.
Note: If you google street view this to double check for signs I parked behind the building not in front where it is clearly posted staff parking.
