My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Indiana/Florida
I live in Indiana, the Seller ships from Florida, his office is in Louisville, KY.
I won an auction online for a very specific species of fish that was described and pictured perfectly. When the items arrived I knew right away they were not the right ones. I contacted them within an hour. Seller doesn't seem to have any interest in making things right. I have sent many emails offering to do whatever he needs to show the mistake and get remedy for the problem. What are my rights by law
and what are his legal obligations.
