My question involves child support in the State of: Massachusetts.
I have a support order, I am current and have never missed. My decree calls for me to pay bi-weekly. I do. My decree and other paperwork calls for me to pay a certain amount. Because there are 26 pay periods per year, two months have 3 pay periods, thus I exceed the amount I am required to pay. With 84 months of divorce under my belt, I am up around just under $10,000 in "over payment...." What do I do...?
