Change of Ownership: Owner Died, Heir Taking My Personal Property, No Lease, Property in Probate

Florida- Staying with very close friend who just died. So far ok to stay, but one of the heirs is taking stuff out of home, including my property even though everything is in probate. Do I have rights? I don't have receipts for everything. This was sudden. Between grief and health issues, haven't said much. Thought I could have rights to my things as I might be considered a tenant.
