My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida.
I already have 80%+ of the time sharing of our young daughter. The mother has gone missing for about 90 days now.
She won't respond to any phone calls, she isn't at her old address, her family hasn't heard from her and she hasn't picked up our daughter for 12 weeks now.
Do I have enough to go on to terminate her parental rights?
