Emancipation: If Your Parents Are Divorced, Whose Consent Do You Need for Emancipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Oregon



My biological parents are divorced but both have custody of me, so do I need consent from both of them or just one? What if one consents and the other doesn't? And does it matter if one of them live outside the county I currently reside in? Thanks, R.
