My question involves restraining orders in the State of: CA.
My wife filed a TRO against me 2 weeks ago, now she is saying she made a big mistack and never should of got the TRO. She is saying that she does not want me served with the TRO, and she says that we both should not show up to the court hearing next week. Will the TRO be droped if I was not served the tro papers and we both just dont show up to the court hearing? She is blaming herself for all this stuff, she is saying that she is bipolar and will go back on her meds. She wants me back, living with her, we have been married for 5 years, WE LIVE IN CA. This is a civil domestic violents TRO in CA. No arrest were made.
