My question involves traffic court in the State of: Washington
I received a speeding ticket and sent in my paperwork to contest. I received my notice of hearing and my pre-hearing conference was scheduled several weeks past the 45 day limit (according to IRLJ 2.6). I filed a motion for Speedy Trial within the prescribed ten days.
I have not heard back from the court or attorney as of yet and the 45 day window has now passed. I would now like to file a motion for dismissal.

I have the following questions:
- What do I need to say in my motion? (verbiage, citations etc.)
- Do I need to submit anything else with the motion, such as supporting information/documents and what do they need to say?
- Will the court approve or deny my motion through correspondence or will they send me a date to appear and make a verbal motion?
