I purchased a car from jdbyrider about nine months ago. Struggled to make payments I recently decided I cannot keep making payments and willing took car back to them. They called me and said under Michigan law they cannot put the vehicle up for resale that I'm responsible and if I don't pay then their lawyer will garnish wages and sue. Is this true? Am I stuck with this payment?
