Termination: Appealing a Court's Denial of a Petition to Terminate Protective Order

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: New Jersey

Original Thread: http://ift.tt/1C6IMXC

Is anyone familiar with the appeal process for a restraining order that a judge chose not to vacate? I think it's quite clear he stepped out of the boundaries of the law to make his ruling and would like to appeal his ruling. I am moving in a few weeks to the Midwest and am not going to spend more of my time and money on this nonsense, so I'd like to appeal his awful ruling. I'm just disgusted by this whole situation and all this bluffing that's going on. Making me order $200 transcripts, waste my time making 2-3 trips to the family court because the person doesn't show up, and then denying my motion to vacate for purely captious reasons. I don't have time for this anymore really so let's cut this crap that I'm some kind of threat. It's a joke that this charade is still going on. What I am is a man who is headed to a top law school and is primed to gun for top grades and the last thing I need is to waste my time buying a plane ticket to fly back to the East Coast in a year or two to settle this nonsense when it can be taken care of right now.

The law wants to protect her from me? Her residence and place of employment has changed. I deleted her phone number. There is NO way I can get in contact with her. How is this garbage order protecting her? It's just inconveniencing me. This is all a facade to protect ego's is what it really is. I'm in the right here.

So please just delineate a clear path to the appeals process. No runarounds, no bluffs, just tell me how I can file for an appeal without having to send even more money to these leeches, and that's all I need to know.
