Hello, we are trying to see if we can get some help. My wife went to work on Monday and was met by her boss that he was legally advised in December by his legal team to lay her off. He does not have a legal team that we know of and will not tell her what is the reason for letting her go. He never gave her any offer letter in May 2014 when he hired her. He did not give her a description of her duties, expectations, or anything else. She was never written up, warned, or reprimanded in any fashion. How can he let her go without reasons? Any suggestions on how to proceed from here. Does anyone recommend a good law firm that deals with wrongful termination?
