My question involves an easement in the state of: California

Rural Residential Private Road

I Access my home on a Private Road that passes through 4 other Property's before coming to mine . Each of these Property's shared the use of the Road with each other by Prescriptive Easement . Sometimes someone happens down our Private Road but not often .

However Now someone is trying to Gain Access to a Property that already has a Access

" not yet developed " down on the State Highway but backs up to our property's so no Easement here .The Property Lines adjoin .



This Post is about Signage : California



What is the best Sign to post on the Road where it is on my Private

Property so stop them from Gaining A Access or Easement .
