My ex moved out and left some of his belongings behind. He never established residency in my home (i.e no mail delivered to home, no change of address on license or vehicle registration). I own my home. He did not pay rent or utilities. I have asked him several times to remove his stuff, but he has not and its been seven weeks. What am I legally required to do?
