My question involves paternity law for the State of: Florida

I went mediation and requested a dna test but the mother refused because she asked me to take one in the hospital and I refused, and signed the acknowledgement of paternity affidavit. Will the courts grant me a dna test, and if it says that I'm not the father can I still be held accountable for supporting this child until she turns 18?
