I own my condo and pay condo fees, the condo association had workers laying flooring in a unit 3 floors above mine. The workers set fire to the building from smoking which displaced 40 some families. My husband and I were displaced for a year until all repairs were made. My question is do I owe the condo fees for the year we were displaced?
