Ok, so in 2009 I was at fault for an accident in which they found THC in my blood system. I was charged and convicted in 2011 of (3 counts) Assault 2nd Degree DUI because in the accident 3 people were injured. After the conviction the DMV sent me a notice of suspension, in which each count was 12 points against my license resulting in 36 total points and a 10 year suspension. It has been 4 long years now, I have completed probation, and all other court requirements. Also I am now 26 with a full time job, fiance, and two children that are in daycare and preschool. I need advice on what to do because not having a license is not any longer possible for me. Please HELP!!!
