My question involves personal property located in the State of: Washington. 3 years ago my friend and roommate committed suicide in my house. At that time his father told me to keep his guns. Now three years later, he calls and says that he is ready to take them . I sold them last year and am worried that I can get sued or prosecuted for selling them. Please advise me.
