My question involves public health law in the State of Florida: I run a therapeutic group home for boys and one for girls. I want to put security cameras in the main areas such as living room, kitchen, school room, front door and rear door. There is one room where counseling and treatment take place. That room will not have cameras. The cameras can be accessed via internet and is password protected. Is there anything that I need to know about doing this. My assumption is that it is legal for security reasons so long as one of our employees are monitoring. Please advise.
