My question involves criminal law for the state of: Missouri
Original crime was tampering with a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 5 years with a SIS. Less than a year later the offender violated terms of probation and the suspended imposition of sentence was revoked and the defendant was sentenced to 4 years in MO DOC. Can the defendant be granted parole after the violation of her probation?
