Probation and Parole: Unsupervised Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

Situation: After going to prison for being with an under-aged female, i had to register as a sex offender. She was 16 but she said she was 19 and she had a fake id. I noticed many that did much worse crimes got lesser charges and did not go to prison and did not have to register as a sex offender. Anyways, after this I got into a fight the other guy had a gun. The gun flew into the open and it was put on me. I got sentenced to 5yrs probation. The po allowed me to go in and out of the state with no paperwork for clearance. My girlfriend searched me out online and found out about my record and called the sheriff's office to find out how severe the offense was. Well this triggered them to come to my house and tell me I could no longer leave the state of georgia. I have been paying a fee to probation for 2 1/2 yrs and was never told that I wan't paying the fine that was associated with this probation. I thought some was going toward the fine as well. I have to make visits every Tuesday morning. Most of the time he is not there and I have to sign in. He won't speak to me when I am asking about anything concerning my probation. He gets angry and short talks me and I leave because it's like he wants a reason to have me locked up. I found out later he had people following me in and out of Florida like they were making plans to catch me and lock me up even after I had verbal approval.

I would like unsupervised probation and less visits to his office. What do I do?
