My question involves police conduct in the State of: Can the police obtain a warrant where they believe I am keeping marijuana (stash house)? I recently discovered that a detective has been watching me and pulled someone over leaving me house and busted them with a felony amount of marijuana. They also tried to bust another person leaving my house but they didn't have anything on them. I know they will do this to try and build a case. I am not sure how much evidence they need an old lawyer I had years ago once told me they usually need three cases of people leaving your house and getting caught with marijuana (I don't know how true that is). I only sell to a handful of people and know for a fact they have only busted this one person, so my question is now that I moved the marijuana to another friends house can they raid there house even though they have no proof that it is there? If they have seen me go from that house is that enough for them to raid that house as well as my house?
