Hi guys, not sure if this is correct place to post this, it’s my first post so sorry!! :)
I had an interview a few months ago, the interview went well and as usual I was left waiting for a while. While, waiting I had no income coming in and the HR assistant at the company kept reassuring that I will get the job and how much they liked me. My recruitment consultant emailed me today to tell me I did not get the job because I do not have the 2 years experience that is required. However, both the recruitment consultant and me made this clear that I have just left university and I had no experience and the company insisted it was fine, and I would get trained up.
My question is, can I do anything on the law side of this? I have lost out quite allot of money and if they wanted to say no they could have said no before.
