My question involves paternity law for the State of: Indiana
after doing some homework i found out the during the buccal swab sample its states the doctors/ physician is suppose to supervise the technician taking the samples. During my court ordered DNA test the doctor sat in a chair with her back facing us and the technician through the entire process. the technician took my sample first then told me i was free to leave which i didnt. i stayed to watch and see the mother and child get theirs taken to. i was again told i could leave so i left the room and went back into the waiting room to grab my coat and some papers i had. im already suspicious of this entire process so i waited in the waiting room reading a few emails and text messages i had gotten (about 3 to 4 minutes). My question is why the heck was she still in there for that long after i had left the room, i had already seen the swabs taken. what could possibly be the reason? does this seem weird to anyone?
