My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: california .my husband had a restricted licenses when i thought he had a provisional license. well i sent him to the store to get stuff for dinner, well as he turned onto street he found himself in a check point. my husband was not drunk completely sober well because of gis license they impounded my new car just a month old. well i scheduled a early release from the traffic sergant and he told me im not the regestered owner yet from dmv record, so the only way i can get my car released is if my husband get his license first, or i can just wait the 30day hold. i dont think thats fair since i tried to show him my proof frim the dealership that i purchased the car, and he said thats from the dealer dont matter. so now im just wondering how i can get my car released early?
