My question involves vehicle maintenance laws for the State of: California
A tow company by the name of Western towing has been towing cars out of our residential area almost once every week. They've been hooking up the cars halfway, then taking them to the YMCA across the street to finish securing the car. We have many pictures and videos of them leaving with the cars and taking them across the street to finish up. Is this legal, or should we as a community be taking legal action?
