My question involves an easement in the state of: Arizona
We have an igress/egress easement across our property to gain access to some landlocked property backed up to the southend of our property. Our neighbors located along the eastside of the easement have access to their property from another road. Do they also have the right to use this igress/egress easement as an additional access to the back of their property even though the front of their house faces another road with driveway access?
