My question involves child support in the State of:Indiana
2 17 old minors have a child. Both attend high school. Father has pending hearing against him for a protection order and custody and support order. Father does not wish to obtain legal counsel, father does not have any money nor does father's residential parents. Residential parents are moving out of state 5 days after Provisional Hearing. Questions are:
1. Will child support be imparted on the 17 yr old father based on his income? Or will it be based on his residential parents income?
2. Father does not wish to leave state of Indiana due to the baby. Can father be forced to leave the state?
3. Being that father is a minor can he go to court alone or must residential parent adjoin him in court?
4. Fathers legal custody is with his mother who lives in CA and can she be brought into the case?
I am the step mother and the 17 year old father is being obstinate and is in denial as to whats coming. Any advice helpful.
