My question involves criminal law for the state of: south carolina how can i fight my employer for unempolyment do to not my fault my supervisor vilolated the company ethics policy by clocking employees in and out and i got no warning or write up because i was one whom he clocked in and out with out me knowing and i got fired the company said i knew about it and i had no ideal never was warn or writing up about it please help
