My question involves court procedures for the state of: Missouri, I was involved in a civil case where the judge ruled I was a partner in a business and that I was due compensation and ordered my attorney to have the damage amount we were asking for to be to the court in 30 days and then the defense would have 30 days to contest any of the monies we were asking for, the judge would then go over what both sides were asking for and make his decision based on the bench trial we had concluded, my attorney failed to turn in the paperwork for the monies we were asking for to the judge, the judge called and ask several times to produce the paperwork without any results, so on September 12,2014 the judge ruled in favor of the defendant, what I would like to know if their is any thing I can do to my attorney for costing me this case. thank you
