My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: washingtom.
on 11/16/2012 I was injured at work,I was in the hospital for 3 surgeries on my head,iwas released in 02/01/2013.
in april of 2013 i was advised to file l&i claim,the claim was allowed in august of 2013 after 1 month the claim was rejected because the company protested the claim.
Just yesterday 03/24/2015 the board of industrial appeals allowed my claim again.
the question i have is in 09/2013 i was granted ssdi at 695.00 a month.
So will my time loss payments from 09/2013 to present deduct my ssdi bensfits from 09/13.
In otherwords will i have to pay ssdi from my timeloss award
