My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: North Carolina. I sold this vehicle because I didn't need it anymore. I didn't have any issues with it but after a year after the sale the new owner wants me to pay repairs because I didn't let him know that the vehicle had computer resets. To my knowledge it hadn't had the computer reset and it was a second hand vehicle when I got it. Am I responsible for his repairs?
