i have a question about chargeback. if a 3rd party who offers payments solutions to merchants has a term that says: "total maximum amount of 200 € per Ticket and per transaction. The User can repeat this operation up to the limit of 2,500 € per calendar year." and i have a chargeback process with my bank about transactions that i know i didnt make, and they have gone threw without 3Dsecure VbV. AND my card have been charged WAY more than 2.500, is that a case i will win? that they would have to pay me back the amount that is over 2.500?
