Workers Compensation Issues: Information Provided to Aa

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: California

Thank you very much for your responce Mr.Knowitall. A quick question:

Is there, or what is the California labor law statute in regards to any negative information / pics / videos / statements etc. in regards to the injured worker that is provided to AA.

Is there a separate statute in regards to the AAs responsibility to make the injured worker aware of such information?

Note: I settled my case with "life time medical" a couple of years ago.
