I have posted a few questions previously There were 3 people involved in a work related automobile accident in 2010. All have settled except myself.
I have been asked to mediate my case both attorneys agree. My questions are How long from the hearing date will a mediation take place once we agree on a mediator?
Once we conclude our mediation process, the check, how long is it to receive a check in my hands?
My focus is to resolve this case as expeditiously, fairly as possible.
