My son has a up coming trail and recently I discovered that his criminal discovery packet is circulating around between people he knows. How can this happen being that myself his attorney and prosecutor are the only people who are in possession of it.
Can anyone obtain a copy and how, is this illegal being that he hasn't even gone to trial yet ?
