Use and Enforcement: Easements

My question involves an easement in the state of: Washington

There is an easement on our property to reach a property behind us. It was granted by deed before we purchased the property. No initial problems but now the easement owner is starting a business and the traffic is about 20 vehicles per day. The business is expanding and the traffic will get worse. Now I am advised that there is going to be a "swap meet" there and they expect about one thousand people. We maintain the road and this is going to cause a lot of repair on a dirt and gravel road. In addition, a drug dealer also lives there and there is traffic day and night. Is there any way I can stop this because of misuse of the easement?
