I pled to a criminal charge of assault on a public servant 2000 from a 1998 incident. however, I recently found that the detective in charge of the case is now a convicted murderer and was proven to lie in his own murder trial. I want my case overturned. I never would have admitted to a crime had there been a real investigation rather than the statements put together by this convicted liar.
