My lawyer withdrew suddenly from my case asking me to find a new lawyer or I will handle the case on my own. He also required that he will share the future award if I win. I have the impression that the withdrawn lawyer is not entitled to any future award, or do I need to ask him to sign a release of interest letter to avoid future trouble?
