My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas
I was just informed by my landlord that his wife's sister wishes to move into the house we are currently renting from him (without a lease) he said he has another property on the other side of town that we could go to so that the other lady could move in here is this legal considering we do not have a lease? I have looked at the other property he said we can move to and it is so run down I wouldn't even let a bum live in there. please help.
